Plant Walk

Take a walk on the wild side! This first class of the series will be held outside. You will be introduced to the basics of plant identification and the practice of wild foraging. If you are brand new to plant medicine, this is a wonderful opportunity to observe how the plants teach us before we crack open the books. If you are not a novice, you will be sure to learn something new, as plants always have something more to teach us. This class will be lead by Holly Burke.

Holly's Bio: A few years ago I discovered the power of plants quite by accident after experiencing an illness which couldn't be cured with allopathic medicine. Since then, plants have become my greatest teachers and healers. They are an integral part of our humanity; we have evolved to depend on them for survival, both physically and spiritually. I feel called to share the lessons they have taught me and work with others to build relationships with the wild plants around us.
